WHAT IS KICKBOXING?
Kickboxing is a combination of boxing and martial arts-based kicking. With motivating music, participants are taught the kickboxing moves in easy-to-learn, fun combinations.

BE FIT!
Kickboxing burns fat, tones, increases flexibility, improves your cardiovascular condition, helps relieve tension and gives you the variety you need in a workout (no class is ever the same).

BUILD SELF-CONFIDENCE
Really learn how to feel good about yourself. Do what you always say you will do and get in the best shape of your life, while also learning an art that can help you feel safe.

Tuesday & Thursday from 6:45-7:45 pm

HOW MUCH?
Your first class is $9 and you will have an opportunity after class to sign up for a monthly, biannual or annual program.
